Leviton loose tube cables are available in unitube or multi loose tube constructions with a wide range of fiber count, fiber type, and sheath options, including duct, rodent resistant, and direct buried applications. Leviton universal loose tube cables are designed for installation in cable conduits in building or campus backbone applications. External loose tube cables can be directly buried or installed in external sub-ducts by pulling or blowing.
Breakout and patch cables are based on our standard 900 micron buffer, but with the extra individual protection of high performance strength members and an individual sheath. The result is a robust and flexible cable. All Leviton loose tube cables have a low-smoke halogen-free (LSHF/LSZH) sheath to ensure safety in indoor applications.
